At Lagaowallpaper.com, we deal in two major product categories:
- Digital Products (Radha Krishna Wallpapers, etc.)
- Printed Products (Tiles, Phone Cases, Laptop Skins, Wall Stickers, Vehicle Stickers, etc.)
- For Digital Products (Wallpapers)
Digital wallpapers are delivered instantly via download link or email after successful payment.
No cancellation, return or refund is possible after purchase.
Please preview and confirm before placing your order.
- For Printed Products
Products include: Photo Tiles, Phone Cases, Laptop Cases/Skins, Wall Stickers, and Vehicle Stickers.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After 2 hours, the product enters printing/processing and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds or Replacement:
We only accept refund or replacement under these conditions:
You received a wrong product/design
Your product is damaged on delivery
The product is defective or misprinted
You must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with:
Order ID
Photos showing the issue
Unboxing video (preferred for damaged product claims)
Note:
No refunds will be given for incorrect size/model selection by customer (e.g. wrong phone model).
We do not refund for delivery delays caused by courier companies.
- Duplicate Payments / Errors
In case of any accidental double payment, contact us immediately.
After verification, we’ll process your refund for the duplicate transaction.
